Q: Why there is a saying that good-eye will bless טוב עין יברך Proverbs 22:9?

A: Because “good-eye” is the eye of the infinite, which is limitless and boundless therefore the blessing is coming from a good eye, from seeing openly not from looking or watching as a finite self, but before time and space.
