כי מלאה הארץ דעה את השם

Isaiah the prophet says in chapter 11 verse 9:

They shall not harm and they shall not damage in all of my holy mountain: for the earth shall be completed with the recognition of the Providence like the water covers the ocean.

לֹא יָרֵעוּ וְלֹא יַשְׁחִיתוּ בְּכָל הַר קָדְשִׁי כִּי מָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ דֵּעָה אֶת יְהוָה כַּמַּיִם לַיָּם מְכַסִּים.
