Baby Goat – Gdee

In the Hebrew tradition, the goodwill of wanting to benefit and to bestow is characterized by a little a baby goat that everyone wants to destroy. In the following song that we sing every year in springtime when we celebrate freedom, we sing the song of a little baby goat also named “Chad Gadya”, “חד גדיא”, meaning, “One Goat”. The song was written and coded in Aramaic, which is an old language, in order that most of the people that will be exposed to it, will not understand what it is talking about. The song embraces a great hope for goodness to overcome evil, in it’s all different appearances in life.
